ORLEN Unipetrol, the largest domestic refining and petrochemical group, placed second in the TOP Employers 2025 ranking in the ‘Energy, gas and petrochemical industry’ category. Through regularly published rankings, the TOP Employers study helps students decide where to focus their attention to find high-quality employment after graduation. The ORLEN Unipetrol Group has already received a second award this year. At the beginning of 2025, it defended the prestigious international TOP Employer certificate, which rates it among the best employers at the international level.

Nearly 19,000 secondary school and university students participated in the 14th annual evaluation. They answer questions in an online questionnaire prepared in cooperation with sociologists. The poll questions are reviewed each year to reflect best the trends in employing students and graduates.
The ORLEN Unipetrol Group continues to lead the way in the rankings evaluating HR policies. Last year, the Group was ranked as the Top Employer at the European level, the Pluxee Employer of the Year, the third most attractive employer among students in Czechia, and the most preferred employer in the Ústí Region. The Group has repeatedly been top-ranked in the TOP Employer evaluation organised by the Association of Students and Graduates. This year, the Group has already received the prestigious international Top Employer certificate and continues to be among the best employers in Europe.
